PUPPY SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This Puppy Sale and Purchase Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into on the effective date (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

Collectively referred to as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party".

1. PUPPY DESCRIPTION

The Seller agrees to sell, and the Purchaser agrees to purchase, the following puppy:

The puppy will be registered with The Kennel Club and will come with a three-generation pedigree certificate issued.

2. PURCHASE PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

The total purchase price for the puppy is £7,000 GBP, payable as follows:

3. HEALTH GUARANTEE AND VETERINARY EXAMINATION

The Seller warrants that the puppy is in excellent health at the time of sale, to the best of their knowledge.

The Purchaser has the right to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of taking possession. If the veterinarian determines that the puppy is in poor health or unfit for purchase, the Purchaser may:

1. Return the puppy to the Seller for a full refund of the purchase price, or

2. Retain the puppy and receive compensation for reasonable veterinary expenses, up to the total purchase price.

If necessary, the Seller reserves the right to verify the veterinary results with an independent veterinarian at the Purchaser’s cost.

A health certificate from a licensed veterinary clinic will be provided along with the puppy.

4. PEDIGREE AND REGISTRATION

The puppy will be registered with The Kennel Club. The Seller agrees to provide the necessary registration documents, including pedigree and ownership transfer forms, to the Purchaser at the time of delivery.

If the puppy is to be registered outside the United Kingdom, the Seller will manage the Export Pedigree at an additional cost of £200.

5. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND CARE

The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the puppy to the Purchaser upon completion of payment.

The Purchaser agrees to provide the puppy with appropriate care, shelter, food, water, veterinary care, and attention to ensure its well-being throughout its life.

6. VACCINATIONS AND WORMING

The Seller will provide the Purchaser with a record of vaccinations and worming treatments administered to the puppy up to the date of sale.

The Purchaser is responsible for continuing the appropriate vaccination and worming schedule as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.

7. BREEDING CONDITIONS

Should the Purchaser intend to breed the puppy, it must only be mated with a Kennel Club registered sire of the same breed. The resulting puppies must be registered with The Kennel Club or a national kennel club recognized by The Kennel Club (UK) and FCI (Federation Cynologique Internationale).

8. RE-SALE AND TRANSFER RESTRICTIONS

The puppy cannot be resold to any third party without the prior knowledge and approval of the Seller.

Any unauthorized resale will be considered illegal, and the Seller reserves the right to take legal action to reclaim the puppy and reverse the sale, including involving the court system.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, with exclusive jurisdiction held by the courts of the United Kingdom.

The Purchaser agrees that any disputes will be adjudicated within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations.

If the Parties fail to reach an amicable resolution, either Party may initiate legal proceedings in the United Kingdom courts.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties concerning the sale and purchase of the puppy. It supersedes all previous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
