Our litters are usually fully booked. Reservation will make you sure that we count with you as with our puppy buyer. If you wish to make fix reservation, fill the form.
By sending this form you agree to pay reservation fee of £ 500 (or equivalent in any other currency).
If you have already paid pre-reservation fee, than you pay only £ 250 (or equivalent in any other currency).
Reservation fee IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
After You submit the form, You will receive to Your e-mail link to pay via card. You have to pay within’ 3 working days maximum. If we do not receive the payment maximum within’ 3 working days, Your application will be not accepted. You can always contact us and ask, if we have puppies available.
Visit without reservation payment is possible only, if we have available puppies (without reservation taken). You can visit puppies strictly by appoitment and not before them age of 6 weeks old. You will always see them mother, if the father is ours, than also him. We only accept visitors from our waiting list as we need to know something about the visitors before to invite them to our home. We will also ask You to prove Your identity.
We will confirm the reservation maximum within‘ seven days.
Reservation and Cancelation Policies:
You, as a Buyer acknowledge and agree that you will forfeit the reservation fee and any rights to the Puppy if:
(a) You fail to complete the purchase of the Puppy for any reason, or
(b) You fail to pay the balance of the Purchase Price within 2 days from the date when the puppies were born or from the date on which the payment supposed to be cleared regarding the invoice, if not agreed other way. In either event, we, as a Seller shall be free to sell the Puppy to another party.
(c) The reservation fee is not refundable in any case.
In the event that the Puppy is not available due to sickness, death, or any other circumstance owing to the fault of us, as a Seller, your reservation fee will be transferred to the next litter of puppies.
If choosen Gender by you and this Gender was not born or is not free because of the pre-reservations done before you, you have the right of first choice from the next litter of the same breed. If the next litter should be born in more than 24 months, you have the right to decide if to waite or if to be reimbursed (100%).
The final price of the Puppy will be specified in the reservation contract, when the Puppy is born and choosen by you. The final price is up to which country the Puppy will travel, at which age and if the domestic country of new owner needs any special veterinary tests, than up to if the travel costs will be managed by us, as the Breeder or by you, as the Buyer. All those informations will be staten in the reservation contract and in the contract of purchase and sale.
We, as a Sellers have in good faith, attempted to place the puppies in a suitable home based on interviews with the Purchaser and observation, testing and evaluation of the Puppies.
The Puppy has to be re-vaccinated regarding to the dates stated in the Passport. The Purchaser should Exchange the Passport of the Puppy with the local passport issued by local veterinarian (if sale to abroad). The Seller is not responsible of any future re-vaccinations and wormings. The Purchaser agrees to maintain preventative health care of the puppy including, but not limited to: inoculations, internal as well as external parasites, heartworm preventative medication. In the event a Purchaser exercises return rights under the health guarantee period, all documentation that the above maintenance has been performed must be provided to Seller. If the Purchaser does not provide such proof that every step was taken to assure the good health of the puppy, no refund or replacement puppy will be given. The Seller has the right to re-check with own choosen veterinarian. The Purchaser agrees to maintain preventative care of the Puppy in regards to hip dysplasia, such as proper nutrition, proper exercise, and preventing stress injuries (i.e. not allowing the Puppy to jump from heights taller than itself at the shoulder, no forced exercise such as running, until at least 12 months of age.) The Purchaser further understands that this puppy is not being sold with a guarantee against Canine Hip Dysplasia, as that condition can be caused by environmental situations that are not within the control of the Seller once Purchaser assumes possession. The parents of the Puppy has both the excellent hips and elbows results, both A/A, 0/0.
The Purchaser‘s acknowledge that the Seller has a vested interest in the Puppy throughout its lifetime and the Seller has to the best of their ability, placed the Puppy in a home that matches his needs. In the event the Purchaser is unable or unwilling to meet the terms and conditions staten or has any other reason to donate or sell the Puppy (or any other change of the ownership), the Puppy must be returned to the Seller. The Puppy may not be sold, placed or traded to another owner nor placed in any shelter or rescue organization without knowledge and written agreement with the Seller. In the event the Purchaser no longer wish to own or care for the Puppy, IT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE SELLER IMMEDIATELY, if not agreed other conditions in written. There will be no refund of any monies paid. The Seller will only pay for he transport of the Puppy back to the Seller.
The Purchaser understand and accept the fact, that the Seller is only interested in well-being of the Puppy. If after Purchase contract was signed the Seller will find out that the conditions in new home are not suitable and not correct informations were provided, the Seller has the right to withdraw the contract. In such case the Puppy must be returned to the Seller immediately and all possible damage must be paid to the Seller by the Purchaser. If the purchase price was paid in full, the Purchaser will be partly reimbursed within 30 days after sale of Puppy to new home. The amount of 250.00 will be not reimbursed. If the Puppy will be sold for less than was the Purchase price, the Purchaser will be reimbursed by such amount minus 250 GBP. If the Seller withdraw the contract for such reason, the Purchaser has the right to complaint via email within 48 hours maximum and attach all evidences prooving that the Seller was wrong in his decision. If no complaint sent, than is understood that the Purchaser accept the withdraw.
If for any reasons the Puppy stays by the Seller longer than expected, The Purchaser is obliged to pay the boarding and food for the Puppy for each additional day. If not paid, it could be also a reason to withdraw the Purchase contract by the Seller. The same conditions apply for any veterinary care and extra vaccinations other than agreed in the Purchase contract.
If paid to the Seller any services provided by third parties (special trainings not provided by the Seller, veterinary care, transport etc.), this must be paid in full. Any complaints regarding such services must be done within’ 14 days after the payment, otherwise there is no right to any refund. When complaint done, the Seller must send such complaint to the provider, which has to respond within’ 30 days. Any result will be forwarded to the Purchaser immediately when received.
If the Purchaser is breeder or become a breeder in the future, the Seller agrees with the breeding on the puppy specified under the following conditions:
– This dog will not be used for breeding purposes until it is at least 18 months of age to another pure-breed Weimaraner with valid Pedigree (which should meet the following criteria as well), which is not in close relationship by blood (minimum 2 free generations) either registered with FCI, AKC, CKC Canada, Australian National Kennel Council or other certified dog registry and preferably after it has passed and has proof thereof minimum of X-ray and evaluation of hips and elbows by certified veterinarian.
– If the dog is female, maximum one litter annualy should be born. If a large litter (more than 8 puppies), than the Seller highly recommend to waite with new mating at list 365 days after the date of birth of that litter to be sure of full recovery of the female. The last mating should be at maximum age of 8 years.
– When advertising puppies for sale, full name of the dog (including Kennel name) will be staten and it is highly recommended by the Seller to state also full names of the parents including Champion titles, trial results, health results regarding to the high quality and successes of the parents.
– The puppies should be sold to the responsible buyers only suitable for this breed.
– The Purchaser must be registered as a breeder by The Kennel Club UK, FCI, AKC, CKC Canada or any other member or cooperating body with FCI if he/she wants that the Puppy will be used in future for breeding
The Purchaser understands all of these all of these terms for the sale of the Puppy. By signing Purchase contract, he/she agrees to these terms and conditions. The Purchaser also understand that this conditions shall be enforceable in any court of law and any and all legal ramifications will take place in United Kingdom.
The Purchase contract is electronically signed agreement with the validity of printed and live signed agreement.

The Purchaser can withdraw the Purchase contract anytime without giving the reason. If the purchase price was paid in full, the Purchaser will be partly reimbursed within 30 days after sale of Puppy to new home. The amount of 250.00 will be not reimbursed. If the Puppy will be sold for less than was the Purchase price, the Purchaser will be reimbursed by such amount minus 250 GBP.
We will not transfer the personal data to others except for the specific classes of data transferees as below:
All personal data collected and held will be kept confidential, but where disclosure is necessary to comply with any statutory or legal obligations or requirements or provide the Services to or carry out the original purpose or a directly related purpose specified above, for which the personal data were collected, those data may be provided to the following parties: competent court of law, law enforcement agencies, Office of the Communications Authority or other governmental, statutory or regulatory authorities, institutions or organizations and Kennel clubs.
